Hyun-Kyung (HK) Yuh is a JD/PhD candidate at Harvard University. Her graduate research sits at the intersection of law, political economy, and social theory. She is particularly interested in capital markets regulation, investment arbitration, and sovereign debt restructuring. Other interests include data governance and the intersection of privacy and antitrust/competition law. Hyun-Kyung holds an A.B. in French and Italian literature from Princeton University.
